A 30,000 square foot mixed-use development was announced on Thursday, May 26, located in Downtown Jenks. The largest redevelopment in Downtown Jenks history will include retail, restaurants and office space. Announced tenants included Sheila Anne Pies, a McNellie’s group steakhouse concept and Tedford Insurance office space.

Jenks Mayor Cory Box said, “We have been seeking well-renowned establishments to help kick-start our revitalization efforts on Main Street and the City is very excited for this development.”

RedTed, LLC. Is comprised of local owners and businessmen Mark Tedford, Josh McFarland and Bart Boatright. State House Representative Elect Mark Tedford said, “Main Street Jenks has a rich history that needs to celebrated with restaurants, retail and entertainment. We are excited to build a long-lasting legacy in Jenks.”  

This development will be built by local contractor Red Dog Construction and the design will be completed by CJC Architects, Inc. Developer and builder Josh McFarland said, “Downtown Jenks is ready to pop. We believe this development is the catalyst for revitalization in downtown Jenks. The Main Street area is long overdue for a project like this.”
