Ken Hargrove is a lifelong resident of Jenks. Ken and his wife, D’Ann, are Jenks High School alumi. They have two sons, Hank and Wyatt. Ken is the co-owner of Hargrove-Marker Funeral & Cremation Services. His passion is to minister to families who have lost a loved one and to those who want to plan ahead for funeral services. D’Ann currently teaches vocal music at Jenks West Intermediate.
Ken is an active in the Jenks community and volunteers his time and resources regularly. He has served as a Deacon at First Baptist Church of Jenks and is active member of the Jenks Kiwanis Club. Ken is an Ambassador for the Jenks Chamber of Commerce, in which he has been a long-time member.
Mike Marker, co-owner and Funeral Director, has 35 years of experience in the funeral business. Mike directed Ken’s father’s funeral years ago. Through Mike’s kinship, Ken knew he wanted to be involved in funeral services ministry. In 2016, Ken and D’Ann Hargrove partnered with Mike and Pam Marker to open Hargrove-Marker Funeral & Cremation Service on Main Street in Jenks.
“Residents of Jenks had grown accustomed to going outside of Jenks for funeral services,” Ken stated. “The mission of Hargrove-Marker is to serve the Jenks community by building relationships and offering local, professional and caring service as they minister to families through difficult times and topics.”
