Jenks America Freedom Fest, July 4

Summer fun is just around the corner on July 4, as the Chamber hosts the Oklahoma Aquarium sponsored Jenks America Freedom Fest to celebrate Independence Day. The community is invited to gather from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Jenks Downtown Commons park for music from Anthem Road Academy, food trucks, lawn games and more.
Boomfest, July 4

The Oklahoma Aquarium will present Boomfest, a fireworks show at dusk, on July 4. Their riverfront backyard offers a front-row view to the most vibrant firework display in the area. Tickets may be purchased on the Oklahoma Aquarium website, which includes admission to exhibits indoors. Aquarium members receive free admission.
Jenks America Food Truck Festival, Aug. 29

The 2020 Jenks America Food Truck Festival presented by Craig Bowman – Farmers Insurance is this Saturday, Aug. 29 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. in downtown Jenks.
In addition to food trucks, there will also be non-food vendors. Downtown merchants will also be open. The Kids Zone, located at First and Main Streets, will feature a variety of inflatables and games.
Jenks Chamber Open, Oct. 15

The Jenks Chamber will host its annual golf tournament on Tuesday, Oct. 13 at South Lakes Golf Course. Gather your coworkers and friends for this scramble-style tournament with raffle prizes, putt challenge and more.
Trick-or-Treat Main Street, Oct. 30

The Jenks Chamber will host an evening of treats, games and more at the fourth annual Trick-or-Treat on Main Street event Friday, October 30, from 4-6 p.m. The community is invited to attend the family-friendly event in costume.
Downtown Jenks will transform into a home to ghouls, goblins and more for a one-of-a-kind Halloween celebration. Businesses in the Jenks area will set up decorated tables with many treats on First Street, including fun activities such as lawn games and photo booths. Main Street merchants will also participate in passing out candy and other items from their storefronts.
Chamber members may set up a booth at this event. As a member benefit, there is no fee. Non-chamber members may set up a space for $50. Contact the Jenks Chamber to secure your space.
Lights On!, Nov. 19

The Jenks Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Lights On! event in downtown Jenks Nov. 19, 2020. The event is free of charge and the public is invited to attend from 5-8 p.m.
Attendees will enjoy attractions including traditional carriage rides, a visit to see Santa Claus, live entertainment provided by Anthem Road Academy and the Jenks High School Trojanaires and a variety of local food trucks. News on 6 Meteorologist Travis Meyer will emcee the evening and will countdown to the ceremonial turning on of the Main Street lights.
