JENKS, OK—The Jenks Chamber of Commerce Community Foundation will host the 16th annual Art on Main event on Oct. 13 from 4-9 p.m.

A strong Jenks tradition, the award-winning festival celebrates the best in art, wine and music on Main Street Jenks.

Enhancements to the show include an adjustment to the event’s later start and end times as well as allowing artists outside of Oklahoma to apply to the juried art show.

The show offers guests a diverse artwork variety, including drawings, paintings, wood work, sculptures, pottery and ceramics, photography, glass designs, handmade jewelry and digital art pieces.

“This year, we’re taking an exciting evolutionary step for this event,” Jenks Chamber of Commerce President Josh Driskell said. “Making this an evening event changes the entire atmosphere and puts the emphasis for the show where it needs to be – on the artists and on Downtown Jenks.”

This year’s festival will take place on Main Street from First to Second Street and First Street from Main to The Hive.

Art on Main’s mission is to create access to a broad array of arts experiences, nurture the development and understanding of diverse art forms and cultures and encourage the expanding depth and breadth of cultural life in Oklahoma.
