Change is pervasive and is challenging for individuals and companies.
At the Jenks Chamber’s February Monthly Luncheon, Dr. Matt Bowler, director of the MBA program and an associate professor of Management at Oklahoma State University’s Spears School of Business, will discuss why change is difficult, how to plan for it and how to lead people and organizations through change to create positive, effective and profitable transformations.
The luncheon will be Wednesday, Feb. 16 at noon at The Hive, 115 S. First St.
Cost to attend is $20 for chamber members and $30 for non-members. Reservations are due Monday, Feb. 14 by 5 p.m.
Dr. Bowler teaches and consults on leadership and management topics including leading change, building social networks and social capital, leadership, and management skills. He earned his MBA from Missouri State University and his Ph.D. from the University of Kentucky.
