The Jenks Chamber of Commerce will host its next Small Business Academy event on Tuesday, June 6, focusing on building a business operating system.
Presented by Andy B’s, the noon event will feature Kevin Burr, owner of Barracuda Staffing and Consulting, and a partner in Red River Payroll, Which Wich and The Golden Sombrero.
“Great work culture is the outcome,” said Burr. “But, how do you get there?”
During the class, Burr said he will present a framework for fixing bad work culture, and will walk through practical, achievable steps toward creating great work culture.
