2012 saw dramatic changes for the face of Jenks as another phase of Village on Main emerged and GreenAcres Market opened its doors.
With 2013 just around the corner, further Village on Main developments, new retailers coming to Jenks and the emergence of the Antiques and Arts District are just a few of the topics expected to be covered by Jenks City Manager Mike Tinker at his annual State of the City Address.
Tinker will address the Jenks Chamber of Commerce’s October luncheon on Wednesday, Oct. 17 at noon.
“The State of the City Address continues to be a popular topic for our members,” Jenks Chamber President Josh Driskell said. “We all look forward to hearing from the city manager.”
The luncheon will be held at the Jenks High School Math and Science Center. Cost to attend is $15 for chamber members and $20 for non-members.
To attend, RSVP to the chamber no later than 4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 15. The RSVPs may be sent to info@jenkschamber.com or by calling 918.299.5005.
