Travis Meyer’s Wild Weather Camp touched down at the Oklahoma Aquarium Tuesday.

The News on 6 meteorology crew, including Radar the weather dog, gave a presentation on weather and safety tips to local elementary students.

Meyer talked about the water cycle, the solar system and types of cloud formations.

The Wild Weather camp was complete with special effects, including a simulated tornado.

The Oklahoma Aquarium saw more than 600 people come through the doors by 11 a.m.

The aquarium events team works diligently to bring fun and exciting events for the community.

The next big event is HallowMarine. The Aquarium will open its doors for trick-or-treaters for 5 nights during the last week of October.
