What is the Jenks Chamber of Commerce?


The Jenks Chamber of Commerce is a 501(c)(6) organization comprised of the Jenks community’s businesses and organizations.


The Jenks Chamber of Commerce was incorporated in 1966 and has been a leader in business and quality of life developments in the community.



How is the Jenks Chamber run?


The Jenks Chamber has a 13-member board of directors that sets policies for the organization. The board employs a president who hires staff and runs day-to-day operations for the organization.

 


Is the chamber a government entity?


No. The Jenks Chamber works closely with the City of Jenks and other governmental agencies but is not a government entity itself.



Where is the Jenks Chamber located?


We are located at 115 S. First St. inside The Hive. You can reach us via mail at P.O. Box 902, Jenks, Oklahoma 74037.

 


Should my company join the Jenks Chamber?

My business isn’t located in the city limits of Jenks. Can I still join?


Absolutely. The Jenks Chamber of Commerce serves the greater business community in the city limits of Jenks and the Jenks school district. There is no restriction on membership regarding the location of your business. If you do business in the Jenks community, the Jenks Chamber is here to serve you.



I’m not able to attend many events. Is membership into the Jenks Chamber still for me?


Yes. The Jenks Chamber provides a number of benefits outside of our many educational, networking and community events. Membership in the chamber provides listings at jenkschamber.com and in the Discover Jenks magazine, opportunities for advertising and promoting your business, access to chamber staff for business assistance and more.


The Jenks Chamber has a number of members who are unable to attend many events but maintain their membership because of the chamber’s other programs and our work in making the Jenks community better for business and in improving the overall quality of life.


The Jenks Chamber is always working for your behalf whether you attend events or not.
